BBC Radio 4 - Law in Action on Abusive Parents
The President of the Family Division, Sir Andrew McFarlane, described FNF as a reputable and recognised group during an interview for Law in Action on BBC Radio 4.
Law in Action on Abusive Parents was broadcasted on Tuesday 12th November 2019 on BBC Radio 4.
During this episode, Joshua Rozenberg interviewed the President of the Family Division, Sir Andrew McFarlane, who name-checked Families Need Fathers saying “I speak regularly with women’s agencies who are, rightly, very keen for the court to take domestic abuse very seriously, which we do. But equally, I meet groups such as Families Need Fathers that are a reputable and recognised group of individuals, who feel they have badly served by the famiy justice system, who speak about delay, who speak about the #court inability to get at the bottom of the fact-finding process quickly”.
Thank you for the mention. We now need to work to remove delays that can last for six months and sometimes six years!

Sir Andrew’s comment starts at approx. 12 minutes and 56 seconds.
