(Repeat Hearings)

Cafcass carried out a research study in 2017 into cases that return to court. It suggested that as many as 30% of all private law cases return after they have concluded. We are interested to know why this is and to develop ideas on how such returns might be avoided. We would like to hear your views so we can share them with Ministry of Justice and Cafcass. There are only a few core questions so the survey should only take a few minutes, unless you are also willing to share some further details of your case to help us gain a more in-depth understanding and capture your views.  So please complete the survey here. It should take less than fifteen minutes and will be completely anonymous.

We will publish the findings of this survey in the coming weeks.
