FNF Service Users & Return Cases: Surveys

We have recently launched two different surveys and need your input. These remain open so it's not too late to have your say!

Our first survey is aimed at our service users and supporters. By completing this survey, you will provide us with valuable information which will help us improve our services and campaign efforts by understanding your priorities with our limited resources. aThe more replies we receive, the clearer we will be about your priorities and the more we can develop our services!

Our second survey is aimed specifically and anone who made an application or applications to court AFTER their final hearing. In 2017, Cafcass carried out a research study into cases that return to court. It suggested that as many as 30% of all private law cases return after they have concluded. We are interested to know why this is and to develop ideas on how such returns might be avoided. We have already shared initial feedback with the Ministry of Justice, but will update them and share our full report with you, Cafcass and The President of the Family Division when we publish it in the coming weeks.

Please help you spread the word. We value your input and thank you for your time!

What do you think?
