“Families Need Fathers has been invited by the Court of Appeal to apply to intervene in the proceedings concerning the application of Practice Direction 12J (PD12J) in children cases where there are allegations of domestic abuse. Irwin Mitchell is pleased to be representing Families Need Fathers in this very important case. Due to the extremely sensitive nature of the proceedings, Families Need Fathers will not be providing further comment while the case is ongoing.”
