Hello Visitor,
Welcome to this Survey Newsletter.
This is a request for you to complete a short survey being run by our sibling charity in Wales, specifically to build a better understanding of men’s experience of domestic abuse.
Reports by men that they are being abused by a partner or ex-partner are at record levels. However, we know that there remains a stigma that prevents some men from reporting such abuse. Many others genuinely don’t appreciate that their experience IS domestic abuse eg unlawful child contact denial, threats and intimidation, taunts and provocations, coercive/controlling behaviour, etc. There is a great deal of information available regarding the plight of women who suffer abuse and we would like to obtain a more complete picture of men's experiences suffering abuse at the hands of their partner or ex-partner.

Later this month we will launch a further broader survey aimed at all separated parents and dealing specifically with their experiences of allegations of abuse and domestic violence in the context of family proceedings.
